Type any country to make your first guess.
What is Globle Game?
Globle Game is a free daily geography game inspired by Wordle. Instead of guessing a word, you guess a country. Every country you enter is painted on an interactive 3D globe, and its colour tells you how far it is from the mystery country – pale for far away, deep red for close. It's a quick, addictive way to learn the world map, one country a day.
There's no guess limit, no download and no sign-up. Play the daily Globle puzzle above, then keep going with Globle Unlimited for endless practice.
How to play Globle Game
- Every day there is a new mystery country. Your goal is to find it in as few guesses as possible.
- Type the name of any country and press Guess. It appears on the 3D globe in a colour that shows how close it is.
- The hotter the colour, the closer you are. Pale countries are far away; dark red countries are very close or share a border.
- Use the colours and the “closest border” distance to zero in on the answer. Spin and zoom the globe to explore.
Example: the mystery country is Japan
France
8,562 km
Nepal
3,558 km
Mongolia
1,559 km
South Korea
58 km
Globle tips and strategy
- Open with a big, central country. Russia, Brazil, Kazakhstan or the Democratic Republic of the Congo cover a lot of ground, so your first colour tells you a lot.
- Triangulate. After two or three guesses on different continents, compare their colours to work out which direction is getting warmer.
- Watch for 0 km. A country in the darkest red shares a border with the answer – check every one of its neighbours next.
- Don't forget islands and microstates. Places like Malta, Singapore, Cape Verde or Fiji are easy to miss on the globe.
- Practise in Unlimited mode. Globle Unlimited lets you play as many rounds as you want to sharpen your world map knowledge.
